Submission Types
Submissions are accepted in English ONLY. ICASIS 2025 encourages the following types of proposal submissions.
Full Paper Submission
Completed research papers or incomplete research or ideas for
future research in order to generate discussion in any of the topic areas listed
or related areas. Completed research work/project or work-in-progress
report/proposal.
- Accepted full paper will be invited to attend the conference and make presentation. Full paper will be included in conference program as well as conference proceedings. It will be officially published in conference proceedings.
- Submitted manuscript should have no less than 8 pages full.

Abstract Submission
Abstracts of completed paper, extended abstract or proposed research in any of the topic areas listed or related areas. The abstract for proposed research should include the research objectives, proposed methodology, and a discussion of expected outcomes.
- Accepted abstract will be invited to attend the conference and make presentation. Abstract will be included in conference program, it will not be officially published in conference proceedings.
- Abstract should be within 300 words.

Submission Criteria
By submitting a manuscript to ICASIS 2024, authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed venue with publicly accessible papers, including journals, conferences, workshops, or archival forums. Furthermore, no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another peer-reviewed conference or workshop with publicly accessible papers during the review period. As a rule of thumb, the submission should contain no more than 20 percent of material from previous publications.
Plagiarism
If the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
- 1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
- 2. Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
- 3. Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
- 4. Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.
