Important Notes:
Attendees wish to cancel their conference registration and seek a refund for personal reasons, the following policy regarding refunds will be applied:
1. Cancellation made 60 days prior of the conference date, 100% of the payment will be refunded. (Bank/transaction fee charged by the third party will not applied)
2. If cancellation is initiated at least 30 days prior of the conference date, a refund equivalent to 50% of the payment made will be issued.
3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the conference start date.
4. All no shows will not be eligible for refunds.
Requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted via email. It should be noted that the organizing committee cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, campus conditions, travel disruptions, visa issues, or health-related concerns.
Category Information
Student: For under-graduate students and graduate students. Registrants should provide student card copy to get the special rate.
Extra Page: If the paper exceeds 11 pages, extra page fee should be paid.
Additional Paper: If one same author/participant would like to register 2 or more(3 maximmum) papers. The first paper should be paid in full, the other papers can be registered as Additional Paper.

Conference staff will NOT contact you in any form (phone/email) to ask you pay for lodging/air ticket etc. Please be cautious of calls/emails demanding to pay money. If you received any suspicious emails or phone calls send/call from non-official contact, please write to let us know.
Terms & Conditions
Prior to your registration, you must acknowledge and accept the Terms & Conditions contained herein. Should you not wish to accept the Terms & Conditions you should not register.
By registering for and/or attending ICASIS, all participants agree to be bound by, and comply with, these Terms and Conditions. It is the participant's responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions.
Registration and Attending Notes
★ Conference registrations will not be confirmed until the completed registration files and the correct payment is received and processed by the Conference Office.
★ Participants are responsible for taking appropriate insurance coverage in connection with their attendance at the Conference. Where the participant is travelling from outside of the host country to attend the conference, appropriate travel insurance should be purchased independently and in advance of any travel or travel bookings.
★ Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. Attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.
★ ICASIS is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment to all participants. ICASIS has no tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or bullying in any form at the conference. Participants are expected to adhere to these principles and respect the rights of others.
★ ICASIS accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
Cancellation Policy
If a registrant request cancellation and refund, the following refund policy applies.
● 60 days ahead of the conference: 60% of payment refund
● 40-60 days ahead of the conference: 40% of payment refund
● Within 40 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Written requests for cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretary.
If a registrant is unable to attend the event for any reason, the conference committee encourages you to send a substitute in your place, someone who is one of the co-authors or from the same institute/organization.
Personal Reason
The conference cannot refund or pay any compensation when the registrant could not attend the conference for reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.
Force Majeure
The conference cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation
where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of
circumstances which amount to “force majeure".
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not,
even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire,
flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage,
riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire,
adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist
activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
