Wanyang Dai is a Distinguished Professor in Nanjing University, Chief Scientist in Su Xia Control Technology. He is the current President & CEO of U.S. based (Blockchain & Quantum-Computing) SIR Forum (Industrial 6.0 Forum), President of Jiangsu Probability & Statistical Society, Chairman of Jiangsu BigData-Blockchain and Smart Information Special Committee. He received his Ph.D. in mathematics and systems & industrial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in USA. He was a MTS and principal investigator in U.S. based AT&T Bell Labs (currently Nokia Bell Labs) with some project won “Technology Transfer” now called cloud system. He was the Chief Scientist in DepthsData Digital Economic Research Institute. He published numerous influential papers in big name journals including Quantum Information Processing, Operations Research, Operational Research, Queueing Systems, Computers & Mathematics with Applications, Communications in Mathematical Sciences, and Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics. He received various academic awards and has presented over 50 keynote/plenary speeches in IEEE/ACM, big data and cloud computing, quantum computing and communication technology, computational and applied mathematics, biomedical engineering, mathematics & statistics, and other international conferences. He has been serving as IEEE/ACM conference chairs, editors-in-chief and editorial board members for various international journals ranging from artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, wireless communication, pure mathematics & statistics to their applications.

Pascal Lorenz received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Nancy, France, in 1990 and 1994, respectively. From 1990 to 1995, he was a research engineer with WorldFIP Europe and Alcatel-Alsthom, Boulogne-Billan-court, France. His research interests include QoS, wireless networks, and high-speed networks. He was a Technical Editor on the IEEE Communications Magazine Editorial Board from 2000 to 2006. He has been a Technical Editor of IEEE Network since 2015 and IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology since 2017. He is an Associate Editor for the International Journal of Communication Systems (Wiley), the Journal on Security and Communication Networks (Wiley), the International Journal of Business Data Communications and Networking, and the Journal of Network and Computer Applications (Elsevier). He is an IARIA Fellow and a member of many international program committees. He has organized many conferences, chaired several technical sessions, and given tutorials at major international conferences. He was an IEEE Com-Soc Distinguished Lecturer from 2013 to 2014.

Dr. Hamed Taherdoost is an award-winning scholar and internationally recognized expert in research and development, and technological innovation. He has worked with international organizations across Cyprus, the UK, Malta, Iran, Malaysia, and Canada, spanning industries such as healthcare, transportation, IT, and energy, giving him a unique perspective on international business and technology management. With over two decades of academic experience, he has published more than 300 scientific articles in top-tier journals and conference proceedings. His work is widely recognized, with a strong citation impact reflecting in a high h-index (>50), and his contributions span book chapters, edited volumes, and authored books focusing on technology and research methodology. His textbooks on E-Business and Digital Transformation are teaching at global institutions, including the University of Malta, the University of Macau, and University Canada West. His research accomplishments have earned him a place among the top 10 SSRN Business Authors from 2022 to date, as well as being featured in the Stanford-Elsevier list of the world's top 2% of Scientists in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. He has taught in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America, bringing a global perspective to his teaching. He is currently an Professor and Chair of RSAC at University Canada West. Dr. Taherdoost is the Editor of Routledge's "Mastering Academic Excellence" series and holds editorial roles in high-impact journals like Electronic Government Research, PLOS ONE, Transactions on Scalable Information Systems and Discover Computing. A frequent keynote speaker and conference chair, he is a senior IEEE member and GUS Fellow. His multidisciplinary research spans cybersecurity, blockchain, AI, and technology acceptance.

Dr. Sichen Liu is currently an Assistant Professor and Program Director of Postgraduate Students in the School of Advanced Technology at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). She received her Ph.D. degree in Signal and Information Processing from the Institute of Acoustic, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2021. She worked as an audio algorithm research scientist at Tencent. She has published more than 20 scientific articles in top-tier journals and conference proceedings. She is an editorial board member for Journal of Advances in Engineering and Technology and served as the reviewer in several high-impact journals and conferences like Circuits, Systems, and Signal Processing, Computer Science, Journal of Vibration and Shock, CVPR, ICASSP and ICMI. Her current research interests focus on AI research for audio/biomedical, covering sound event detection, speech enhancement and biomedical signal processing.

Dr. Hugo Wai Leung MAK currently works at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, China. His core research is on Environmental Informatics, Satellite Remote Sensing, Data Assimilation and Geospatial Analytics in Air Quality and Climate Studies. He is keen on applying mathematical and interdisciplinary techniques into alleviating real-world social concerns and developing Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area into a smart and sustainable future city.
